We offer a no hassle refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if no vouchers/gift cards have been issued, if vouchers have been issued we will issue a partial refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Just contact us at [email protected] to start your refund, please let us know why the service didn't suit your needs.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
